crumbmath is designed to collect as little as possible. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms and no newsletter.
Your calculator entries stay on your device
Every calculation runs in your browser. The numbers you type are saved in your browser's local storage so they are still there next time you visit. They are never sent to crumbmath or anyone else. You can clear them with each calculator's reset button or by clearing site data in your browser.
Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not track you across other websites. We see aggregated figures such as page views, referring sites and country, not individuals.
Cookies
crumbmath does not currently set any cookies.
Advertising
The site does not currently show advertising. If that changes, for example by adding Google AdSense, this policy will be updated before ads appear, and where the law requires it you will be asked for consent first.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the UK or EU GDPR, or Australian or US state privacy laws), you may have rights to access or delete personal data about you. Because we hold almost none, the simplest step is to email hello@crumbmath.com.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
